Is CANA Homes one house or separate apartments?
CANA Homes is one villa property containing three separate private apartments: Coral Haven, Olive Nest and Lily Suite. Each has its own private entrance, living area, kitchen and bathrooms.
Can we book the full villa?
Yes, when all three apartments are available they can be reserved together as the full 7BHK villa arrangement. The published CANA Homes brochure positions this setup for 14+ guests; final sleeping arrangements are confirmed for each booking.
Is Pearl Vibe private?
Yes. Pearl Vibe is an exclusively private studio apartment within villa premises and is not shared with other guests.
Does Pearl Vibe have a kitchen?
Pearl Vibe has a microwave and kettle but no full kitchen for cooking.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Any early check-in or late check-out must be confirmed in advance and depends on availability.
Is parking available?
Yes, car parking is available at CANA Homes.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available as part of the published CANA Homes facilities.
Is housekeeping available?
Housekeeping support is part of the CANA Homes service. If you need a specific housekeeping schedule or special cleaning arrangement, confirm it with the team before arrival.
Is CANA Homes close to the metro?
The CANA Homes brochure lists Pathadipalam Metro Station at approximately 850 m, around an 11-minute walk. Walking route and timing can vary, so check the live map route when travelling.
Can we hold a party or gathering?
Events or gatherings must be disclosed and agreed in advance. Extra charges may apply, and loud music or excessive noise is not permitted after 10:00 PM because the property is in a residential area.
How do I confirm availability?
Send your check-in date, check-out date, number of adults and children, and preferred property through WhatsApp or the enquiry form. The CANA Homes team will confirm availability before the booking is final.
