These are the confirmed general rules currently supplied by CANA Homes. Any booking-specific terms are confirmed directly with the guest.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM. Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be agreed in advance and depends on availability.
Property care
Please keep the property clean and well maintained during your stay.
Events and gatherings
Parties, events or gatherings beyond a normal stay arrangement must be discussed and agreed in advance. Extra charges may apply.
Noise
No loud music or excessive noise is permitted after 10:00 PM because the property is in a residential area.
Cleaning after events
Party-related items, decorations, bottles, plates, remaining food and other waste must be properly cleaned and removed before check-out.
